Is Creeperum really scary??
Yes, or we would not be doing our job. The night time haunted attraction is designed to be very scary. They are meant for adults and older children. We recommend children be no less than 10 years old. If you become too scared we will escort you out.
Will I be touched in the haunted attractions?
If the creatures do touch you it will be incidental and accidental due to being in the dark and in close quarters or due to people in your group getting scared and pushing you toward the characters. We do have animatronics and extended devices that simulate real creatures touching you, but it will be more an illusion than a person’s hands touching you.
Will the attraction be open when it rains?
Yes… Creeperum is always open even if it rains. If it is very wind, and/or, there is major storm front coming in, the attraction may close temporarily. We advise you to bring an umbrella.
How long does it take to go through the haunted attractions?
The Creeperum attraction takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes not counting wait times.
Where is Creeperum?
This event is age restricted to 17+ because of some more mature content inside the haunt. We must ask that nobody enter this attraction if you are pregnant or nursing, suffer from asthma, heart conditions, seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problems which would inhibit your participation in an event like this, or suffer from any form of mental disease including but not limited to claustrophobia and nyctophobia. This event is handicap accessible, but we ask that if at all possible you please contact us ahead of time so that we can prepare accordingly.
How long is it?
Depends on how fast you can run! Seriously though, we’ve completely revamped the haunt since the October show even going so far as to knock down one of the walls in the building to expand into the next room over. We’re also not your normal haunt experience! You’ll be asked to stop at certain sections and interact with some of the creatures who were just too gruesome to find their own dates for the holiday. Hold onto your significant other, because Cupid’s arrow doesn’t differentiate between your butt or whatever that is covered in slime over there in the corner!
How much are tickets and can I buy them at the door?
Tickets are $25 for a couple, $45 for the “double date” package, or if you wanna be lame it’s $20 to come along by yourself. There will also be an on-site option to get your picture taken at our hilariously gory photo-op. Tickets WILL be on sale day-of and the ticket booth opens when we do at 6pm each night (cash or card), but please be aware that all presale tickets get priority over day-of purchases. There is no VIP skip-the-line option for this event, only pre-sale tickets that get priority and showing up early. We also have a sellout point, and if we’re full then there’s nothing we can do and unfortunately you’ll be out in the cold with your date, so purchase early!

Are there discounts for children or the elderly?
Unfortunately no, this event is age restricted to 17+ and we do not want to encourage anyone who is not physically capable to endure the sensory overload of our attractions. We are more concerned about the safety and mental health of our customers than we are about making a quick buck!
What do you guys offer the community?
We are currently working with a number of charity groups to figure out which we can best help. This may take the form of a simple monetary donation on our part, a discounted rate for those who bring nonperishable food items, or a third option (that we are VERY hopeful and excited about) which we are keeping under wraps until the proper time comes along.
How many people can go through the Haunt at a time?
Only groups between 2-6 may enter. If you come alone you WILL be added on to another group. It is completely up to our ticket taker’s sole discretion to split large groups or add to a group. Most groups going through should expect to be 4 people, so bring or make friends! If you come as a couple, you will not be split up from that other person. More than two? Well that’s your business not ours…
I'm having a special event such as a birthday or anniversary, is there anything extra special you can do for me?
Absolutely! Our facility is available year-round for your special events! For our own events like this however, we are a little more limited on what we can do. General public being there and all… Shoot us an email at Info@creeperum.com with a little info on what you have in mind and let’s talk!
What if it's too scary?
There are no refunds if you cannot make it through or cannot even enter after purchasing your ticket, and at any time you may ask one of our actors to escort you out. We have MANY emergency exits in our attractions and can get you out in a timely manner should you feel too scared.
Photos?
We have a bloody good photo-op on site for a small fee, but once inside our attraction, you may not use photography of any kind.
CAn I drink or smoke?
Absolutely not! Smoking is not allowed under any circumstance on our property, even while waiting in line! No one under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance will be allowed into the building, never mind into the attraction!
Concession stand?
Nope! Treat your Valentine to something nicer than a bag of chips at one of the MANY fine restaurants near us.
will the actors touch us?
Absolutely not! If you don't touch them, they won't touch you. However, due to the nature of a dark and very active environment, please be reasonable when an actor may accidentally rub or bump against you, it is never intentional and they have all been trained and briefed in how to interact with you safely, likewise, we can also forgive you should you get really scared and back up into one of our props or actors, contact is inevitable in some cases, we do our best to prevent it and ask that anyone who does make contact to handle it maturely and reasonably.
will we get wet?
We will never destroy your clothes! However, a couple of our props and animations may or may not spit water. Chances are you will NOT even get wet, if anything, it is about as harmful as the water misters that keep your vegetables "fresh" at your local super market. So don't put up a fuss about it ya pansies!
Is it safe?
Yes!!! We have taken every measure imaginable to ensure the safety of our customers and employees alike. We are in a safe location and our attraction has many secret exits that our actors know about in case we need to escort anyone out in a hurry. However, this type of entertainment will test the limits of your FEARS, and common sense is advised. We are not responsible for your stupidity.
What if I lose something inside the attraction?
Creeperum is NOT responsible or liable for any lost or stolen items. We cannot search the haunted house during regular operating hours, but will be more than willing to take your information and search for any lost items once the attraction is closed. We will have a lost and found on site for you to check, and will discard of any items in the lost and found if not claimed after 30 business days.
How does the Creeperum Valentine's haunt compare to others?
Creeperum is UNIQUE. We are NOTHING like any other haunted houses, and this event in particular is something you won’t find anyone else doing. We don’t just pop out at you as you walk by, we spend time and interact with every customer! Our actors stay in character all night and we give you something to talk about for days after the event. That said, we’re huge haunted house fans ourselves and recommend visiting as many as you can!
